You can't be here AND there. You can't be parenting AND working. The constraints and limits of time can be frustrating... so the theme of this year's Day of Big Dreaming is TIME!
In this course, we will audit the way you currently spend time, reflect on the upcoming year and build strategies for how to make the most of your minutes and hours. If you can't produce more of it, you have to get smarter about the ways you're using it.
But in calculating your 2024 dreams and plans, you also can't burn yourself out. Sometimes making minutes work means leaving time for softening and resting. We will honor that, too.

In this course, you will:
- Reserve a day for your dreaming.
- Reflect, remember and break down the story you just lived through in 2023.
- Plan your 2024 word of the year and identify plans that will support your dreams.
- Calculate your time as core time and flex time.
- Create a ledger to reflect how you spend time now. Include nuance, like how time spent is joyful (or not).
- Reflect on how the way you spend time honors your values.
- Recalculate your strategy for time in 2024.
- Set up a calendar for 2024 events, travel and timelines.

To complete this course, you'll set aside one day during December 2023 or January 2024 to complete the Day of Big Dreaming workbook, accompanied by videos with Jen.

Will there be surprises that along the way? You bet. But having a plan is always more efficient than crossing your fingers. Think about it as project managing your life for the upcoming year.
